Items can be returned for refund or exchange for damaged or defective products within 30 days of initial receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. The refund or exchange will be processed once the item has been received back by the merchant. SHIPPING POLICY/PROCESSING TIMES

Most in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days and sent via the method chosen at check-out. For custom created items/commissioned items there will be additional time added for the creation of your item, which will be discussed prior to finalizing the order.
